This course is an excellent way to deepen your understanding of the subtle body and how pranayama fits into the practice of yoga for teachers or practitioners who are ready to take the next step in their journey through the self.

In addition to hours of pre-recorded online lectures & practices, students will attend a live online session with Heartwood Faculty for additional lectures and practicum teaching. 

After this meeting and once all homework has been completed and submitted, students will receive a certificate of completion for 20 CEU credits with Yoga Alliance of America.
